MIAMI— Interval International announced the promotion of Lourdes Rodríguez to the position of senior vp/operations. In her new role, Rodríguez will assume responsibility for worldwide fulfillment and distribution services, resort assistance and quality assurance. She will continue to direct all operational aspects of Interval’s 15 servicing offices throughout Europe, Latin America and Asia as well as oversee worldwide inventory yield management and operations research. Rodríguez will also retain the management of travel relationships that provide support to Interval’s members who reside outside the United States. Since joining Interval in 1987 as a research analyst, Rodríguez has served as manager of operations research, director/systems and operations management, assistant vp/international operations, and most recently, as vp/international member services. Interval International, a global vacation exchange company, has a network of 2,000 resorts in 75 countries.
