ORLANDO HOTEL BUSINESS. has learned that Interval International has soft-launched a new website offering full-service on-line exchange capabilities for its customers. The technology powering the site was internally developed and was part of a multi-year, multi-million dollar development program undertaken by the companys IT and marketing departments.
According to a spokesperson from the company, the site is intended to offer the same level of customer service as the call centers. In fact, the company has added a complete customer service department for the sole purpose of answering questions and requests received via e-mailed customer inquiries.
