MIAMI— Interval International has appointed Deborah Jaloma to the position of business development director in the resort sales and service department. Jaloma will assume responsibility for Interval Internationals business development initiatives in the Americas, including the coordination of Intervals involvement in third-party conferences and the management of relationships with trade associations and industry partners such as the Caribbean Hotel Association, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the Urban Land Institute and the Caribbean Tourism Organization. Before joining Interval, Jaloma was business development manager for WET Design, a company specializing in the design, invention and development of water features for installation in commercial, recreational and hospitality projects worldwide. Prior to that, she was with Pro Sports Management International, a business management firm for professional athletes and entertainers.
