MIAMI, FL—Interval International has renewed its affiliation with Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort & Spa, a mixed-use resort in St. Lucia, West Indies. The multi-year agreement with the 60-acre luxury retreat located on Labrelotte Bay extends the relationship established in 2009.

Designed by architect Ian Morrison as a self-contained Mediterranean-style village, Windjammer Landing features white stucco walls, beamed ceilings, and tile roofs. The 70 villas are decorated in tropical colors and include an open floor plan, wood furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace or sundeck with ocean views.

F&B options include five restaurants, and other amenities include Serenity Spa, a newly expanded 2,500 sq.-ft. beach on Labrelotte Bay, six swimming pools, supervised activity programs for children, babysitting services and water sports. Outdoor activities include hiking the Gros Piton, horseback riding, zip-lining in a rain forest, golf and sailing.
