MIAMI Maarten Drenth has been named director of food and beverage for the 639-room Hotel Inter-Continental Miami. Drenth will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the hotel s food and beverage department including the supervision of the hotel s kitchens, stewarding, room service, mini bars, Blue Water Cafi, Indigo Restaurant & Bar, Miami Deli Center, convention services and all banquet facilities.
