InnSuites Buys Albuquerque Best Western

PHOENIX- InnSuites Hospitality Trusts Operating Partnership has purchased the Albuquerque Best Western Airport Inn through its wholly owned subsidiary, Albuquerque Suite Hospitality, LLC.  The purchase of the 122-suite hotel increases the number of suites available through the Trust to 1,787 and is also its first hotel in the New Mexico market.
Also, during the second quarter, the Trust acquired an option to purchase the 166-suite InnSuites Hotel Fort Worth/Dallas. The Trust expects to exercise its option within the next 12 to 18 months. (9/7/00)
