PALM BEACH, FL— Innkeepers USA Trust has replaced, with a majority of its lenders, its existing $135-million revolving unsecured line of credit. The new facility in its place, however, is substantially similar to the previous facility, as it also totals $135 million. Set to mature on July 23, 2007, the new line of credit involves lenders such as Wells Fargo, Calyon, Wachovia Bank and PNC Bank.
