PALM BEACH, FL–– Innkeepers USA Trust has completed the acquisition of four hotels in Southern California from Bethesda, MD-based RLJ Urban Lodging Fund, LP for $215 million. The properties include the 192-room Residence Inn San Diego; the 200-room Residence Inn Anaheim in Anaheim, CA; the 230-room Hilton Suites Anaheim; and the 309-room Hilton Ontario. The company will invest $2 million in upgrades to the portfolio of hotels. In an effort to expand its presence in Southern California, Innkeepers USA Trust also has an additional hotel under construction, an Embassy Suites in Valencia, CA.
