FORT WAYNE, IN— The 84-room Hilton Garden Inn here opened its doors, marking the second HGI location in Indiana. Coventry Hospitality, LLC, under a license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc.— the franchise subsidiary of Beverly Hills, CA-based Hilton— is the developer of the newly constructed HGI property. SuperHost Enterprises, which currently has several other nationally branded hotels in its portfolio of properties, will manage the hotel. A three-story structure, the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Wayne features: a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk; a Pavilion Pantry with a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items, and sundries; a breakfast cafe; a lounge area with a television and fireplace; five meeting rooms with 2,200 square feet of flexible space; a 24-hour complimentary business center; and an on-site laundry facility.
