MINSK, BELARUS—IHG has signed the first Holiday Inn hotel in Belarus, Holiday Inn Minsk. Due to open in 2016, the new build property will operate under a franchise agreement with Hospitality Group LLC.
The 205-room hotel will also feature nine suites, a gym, parking for 35 vehicles, four meeting rooms and breakout rooms, and a restaurant and lounge area.
Occupying a city centre location in Belarus’s capital, the hotel is situated near a number of government offices and company headquarters, making it easily accessible for both business and leisure travellers frequenting the city.
