LONDON— InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has decided to utilize a number of technology products offered by Newmarket International Inc. at its properties in the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as its sales office in the United Kingdom. The products include Delphi Multi Property Edition v9.1.2 Automated Sales and Catering software, Delphi Global Sales Edition and Delphi BI. Upon the completion of the products’ installation, Delphi will manage more than 15,650 bedrooms and 837 meeting rooms for IHG. Collectively, the products are designed to help improve IHG’s customer service and increase conversions and yield.
