DALLAS—Hyphen Construction Group has been selected by McKinney Hotel Developers, LLC, to build the new Dream Dallas Hotel.
Hyphen Construction Group will be involved in all phases of the Dream Dallas project, including architecture, design, purchasing and construction. The $45 million dollar project will include 128 hotel rooms, restaurants and meeting rooms.
The company is scheduled to break ground on the project this summer and the hotel is expected to open in December of 2015.
