BELLEVUE, WA—Hydra Developments, LLC has selected MTM Luxury Lodging as the future manager of the Bellevue Park Hotel, which Hydra is developing here for a spring 2012 premier. The 100-room Bellevue Park Hotel will be a four-star, boutique hotel with a spa, a 90-seat restaurant and lounge and 4,500 square feet of meeting space. Shugart Bates is the project’s architect and Susan Marinello Interiors will formulate the hotel’s overall design concept.
