CHICAGO— A development team that includes LR Development Co. and Hyatt Hotels Corp. will be honored Oct. 10 by the National Trust for Historic Preservation for their redevelopment of the 112-year-old Arcade Building in downtown Cleveland. The two Chicago firms last year completed a $60 million conversion and restoration of the historic structure into a 293-room Hyatt Regency Hotel with 48,000 square feet of retail space. Other projects being recognized include the residential redevelopment of the Wabash YMCA building in Chicagos historic Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side. SOURCE: Chicago Tribune
