CHICAGO— Hyatt Corp. and Hyatt International Corp. will be moving their headquarters operation to a new building to be developed in Chicago’s Loop. Presently called Hyatt Center, the new office project will break ground in the first quarter of 2002 and be ready for occupancy by mid year 2004. Hyatt and other Pritzker family business interests plan to occupy approximately 380,000 square feet of the new building. Higgins Development Partners and Pritzker Realty Group have been retained by the venture that owns the land as the developers. Sir Norman Foster, an internationally renowned British architect and the 1999 winner of the Pritzker Prize for Architecture, is designing the office tower.
