CAMBRIDGE, MA— Hyatt Hotels Corp. has selected ATG (Art Technology Group), a developer of online CRM applications, to provide the relationship management framework for Hyatt.com and Hyatts North American network of 120 property websites. Hyatt selected the ATG framework because of its Scenario Personalization capabilities, which allows the hotel to create personalized Web experiences and interactive marketing programs based on each online users unique relationship with Hyatt. Standardizing on ATG will allow Hyatt to create personalized interactions across its many websites and improve the overall marketing of its brand. The Hyatt.com implementation of ATG is being developed by Alberta, Canada-based Critical Mass, a developer of websites and relationship marketing programs.
