CHICAGO— The 400-room Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and marina is set to throw open its doors at the end of August. The full-service luxury resort, which is located on Marylands eastern shore, will offer a 18-hole championship golf course designed by Keith Foster, who is known for his design of the Southern Hills, the site of the 2001 U.S. Open. A focal point of the resort, the 150-slip Marina at River Marsh will offer guests a variety of activities such as sailing lessons and sunset cruises. The 18,000-square-foot Stillwater Spa will offer guests a European-style spa and treatment center, including a salon. Plus, the resort will feature the Wintergarden, which is a two-story, glass-enclosed, climate-controlled indoor pool area for enjoyment year-round.
