NEW YORK The Hungarian airline company, Malev Rt, has announced that it is to sell its 50% stake in Malev-Pannonia Hotel, the company which owns the 351-room Hyatt Regency Budapest. Malev Rt has been experiencing financial problems and is seeking ways of cutting costs. It is expected to give its partner, Pannonia Hotels, which forms part of the Accor group, first refusal.
