BALTIMORE—The Hyatt Regency Baltimore has updated its suites with new iMacs from Portland, OR-based Eleven.
The hotel is now equipped with a total of five iMac computers offering ElevenBC software, four of which include their own printer in hotel’s luxury suites. One of the units is located in the Regency Club for free on-the-go boarding pass printing.
“We know many of our guests either don’t have time or don’t want to leave the comfort of their suite to go find the business center,” said Aaron McDougle, director of rooms. “That’s why we decided to deploy ElevenBC for Mac; a secure, hassle-free in-suite guest computing solution. The iMac computers with custom-branded login screens are consistent with the upscale look in our suites.”
