CHICAGO— Hyatt has introduced a low-carbohydrate menu at more than 100 properties across the country. The new menu, featuring nine dishes, joins Hyatt’s Cuisine Naturelle menu, which features a balance of low-fat and low-calorie selections. Hyatt debuted the low-carb items last week on restaurant, room service and banquet menus. Each dish has a net carbohydrate total of less than 20 grams. Low-carb menu selections include bacon-wrapped turkey medallions; short ribs with cauliflower puree; spicy Asian chicken salad; hot smoked salmon quesadilla; and buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad. Hyatts Cuisine Naturelle menu was introduced 10 years ago with a variety of dining options. Hyatt expects to announce a relaunch of the Cuisine Naturelle program this fall.
