CHICAGO  Hyatt Hotels Corp. will move its headquarters into a new downtown office tower, which is currently under development by joint venture partners Prime Group Realty Trust and HT-HQ Office, LLC. The Pritzker Realty Group and Higgins Development Partners, LLC will oversee the development. Lord Norman Foster, a British architect, was selected to design the building, which is expected to be technologically state-of-the-art. Construction on the building is slated to begin before the end of 2001 and to be completed by the summer of 2004. Total project costs for the 1.2-million square-foot tower are estimated to be $350 million. Hyatt has more than 198 hotels and resorts around the world.
