NEWTON, MA— Management company Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has selected HubX to provide voice and Internet central reservations services (CRS) for its ultra-luxury properties around the world. The new system, a tailored version of HubXs X-CENTRIC, will improve Rosewoods CRS function by linking sales agents to each property, where they can get real-time inventory information, said the company. X-CENTRIC also gives Rosewood agents the ability to capture information about callers, such as what prompted them to contact Rosewood. Eventually, it will provide the platform for a guest history database that will enable Rosewood to serve its guests more effectively.
