PHILADELPHIA— Gulph Creek Hotels has sold five Philadelphia-area hotels for $92 million. HREC Investment Advisors negotiated the deal on the behalf of Gulph Creek. Despite the disposition, Wayne, PA-based Gulph Creek was able to retain the management role at the five properties, which include four Hampton Inns and one Homewood Suites hotel. The buyer was Moody National Companies. The five hotels contain a combined total of more than 700 rooms.
