BREMERTON, WA – The Howard Johnson‚ Plaza Hotel & Conference Center here has completed the second phase of a multi-year renovation program designed to provide an enhanced guest experience with new furnishings and amenities. The hotel, operated by Asset & Facility Management, for Northwest Lodging International (USA), recently completed refurbishments to its interior and exterior painting of the Starlight Dome, and renovations to its 4,800 square feet of meeting and banquet facilities. The hotel also added wireless high-speed Internet access to its guest and meeting rooms, along with all common areas and dining facilities. Guestrooms were also updated to include the addition of new refrigerators, with some offering a microwave/ refrigerator combination. New nightstands, headboards, chairs, decorative floor lamps, love seats and glass coffee tables were also added. In addition, the property opened a new contemporary restaurant– Remington’s Grill and a Fanatics Lounge, a new multi-screen sports bar featuring entertainment, DJs, and nationwide trivia contests.
