SANDESTIN, FL— The Howard Group has selected Benjamin West to provide the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) purchasing services for the new Residence Inn by Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott hotels to be built on Grand Boulevard here. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort will manage the 120-room Residence Inn and 173-room Courtyard by Marriott. The Boulder, CO-based Benjamin West has provided its purchasing services for 22 Residence Inns and six Courtyard by Marriott hotels, according to Alan Benjamin, president. The Howard Group, owner/developer of the new Grand Boulevard Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott, is a Sandestin, FL-based development company.
