POMPANO BEACH, FL HotelView Corp., a subsidiary of Visual Data Corp. and Cendant Membership Services (CMS) signed a Content Syndication Agreement that will create links from Cendant s Travelers Advantage suite of websites to content from HotelView, CruiseView, ResortView, GolfView, AttractionView and DestinationView streaming video libraries.
In addition, CMS will receive compensation from HotelView for each of its travel industry partners, including more than 40,000 hotels and several cruise lines, which elect to purchase participation in Visual Data Corp. s Travel Group libraries. (3/9/01)
