MIAMI, FL— Tecton Hospitality has converted its Hotel Vila here to the Best Western South Miami, after a $1 million renovation to the property. The 117-room, boutique-style hotel is located at 5959 SW 71st St. in South Miami. The property features include a restaurant, a lounge and pool-side bar, meeting rooms, a courtyard swimming pool, and a fitness center. The hotel is located near the Fairchild Tropical Park and the University of Miami.
