Hotel Veteran Williams Passes Away

MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ— Hospitality veteran Jeffrey Williams passed away late last month at the age of 58 after a brief illness. Williams’ hotel experience includes a seven-year stint with Choice Hotels as senior vp of franchise development. He also spent two years as vp, International sales and franchising for Cendant Corp. Williams retired last year following three years as senior vp, franchise development for Prime Hospitality. In addition, he was chairman of the International franchising association from 1996 to 1997. He is survived by his wife Michelle and his four sons; two daughters; sister and two grandchildren.
