NEW YORK CITY Hotel developers Richard Born and Ian Schrager have agreed to a $7-million purchase of a vacant 13,000-square-foot lot at 32 Bond St. in Manhattan. The property which had stood as a parking lot for some 30 years carries an M1-5 zoning, thereby clearing the way for commercial and hotel construction on the site.

According to the deal s broker, D.G. Hart Associates Director of Investment Sales Lynette Tulkoff, the site offers excellent potential as the location of a boutique hotel. (3/12/01)
