ROME—IHG will open the Hotel Indigo Rome-St. George this month.
Located on Via Giulia, the 64-room hotel combines Renaissance features with contemporary Italian design. Existing architectural elements such as stone walls, Roman paving, arches and thick pillars sit alongside contemporary Italian art, modern mosaic design and custom-made furniture.
Amenities include a spa, which features a Roman bath, and dining options such as I Sofà di Via Giulia restaurant and the Roof Top Bar and Restaurant.
All rooms, Standard, Executive and Executive Suites are equipped with free WiFi, docking stations, bathrobes and slippers, and 100% Egyptian cotton linen.
This is the first Hotel Indigo to open in Italy. There are some 15 properties in the European pipeline.
Hotel Indigo Rome – St. George will operate under a franchise agreement with Hotel Invest Italiana SRL.
