RAHWAY, NJ— Hotel Indigo is now set to expand in the Northeast with a hotel in Rahway, NJ, that will be a part of the Skyview at Carriage City Plaza mixed-use development. The 102-room Hotel Indigo will be owned by Silcon Group and be operated by InterContinental Hotels Group’s management division. The 72,000-square-foot asset is set to open in April 2008. As part of a luxury condominium and retail development project, the hotel will be located directly across from the Rahway Train Station, which is being renamed Carriage City Plaza. The property will be formally known as the Hotel Indigo at Skyview. It will offer, in addition to other standard Hotel Indigo amenities and services, free high-speed Internet access in all guestrooms, wireless HSIA in all public areas, a full-service business center, seven meeting rooms with a total of 4,000 square feet of space, concierge service, a fitness center and a day spa.
