ATLANTA—Hotel Equities (HE) recently named Bob Keating to the position of Director of Business Development.
As a member of the firm’s development team, Keating works directly with hotel owners who are looking for the best third-party partners to manage their existing hotels, new builds and portfolios.

Most recently, Keating served as VP of Franchising where he led account management activities, increased Fairfield Inn franchise Overall Satisfaction significantly, grew their hotel development pipeline and worked directly with owners to ensure the best opening and operations of their hotel assets.
