VENICE, ITALY— Hotel Cipriani will celebrate the culinary history of Venice in October with a “Laboratory of Venetian Cuisine,” three unique workshops led by well-known figures of Italys cooking world. Under the supervision of the hotels chef, Renato Piccolotto, the goal of the laboratory is to research traditional recipes and re-examine them in light of contemporary expectations. Each workshop features five nights of accommodations at Hotel Cipriani with full American breakfast daily, a welcome reception and gala dinner, all meals, and escorted tour to the citys famous Rialto market and four class sessions with celebrated chefs. Each class is approximately four to five hours and concludes with a sit-down meal complete with some of Italys finest wines.
