SAN FRANCISCO, CA Hospitality Asset Advisors brokered the sale of three hotels the Doubletree Alana Waikiki in Honolulu, the Wyndham Hotel at Los Angeles Airport and the Quality Inn South Mountain in Phoenix. The 313-room Doubletree Alana Waikiki was purchased by the Keck Seng Group of Malaysia and Singapore in an all cash deal. The seller was Alana Hotel Partners of Honolulu. The 591-room Wyndham Hotel was sold in an all cash deal to Pacifica Host by Almo Hotel Co., Ltd. The 193-room Quality Inn was purchased by Los Angeles-based R. Patel Family Trust from RHM Wynfield, LLC of Denver for $4.7 million. (12/26/00)
