TALLAHASSEE, FL— A 94-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton has opened here at 2987 Apalachee Parkway. The five-story property is owned by Kelco/FB Tallahassee, LLC, and managed by Kelco Management and Development. “The need for upscale hotels that cater to guests staying for consecutive nights in Tallahassee greatly exceeds the available supply,” said general manager Cara Hardiman. “Our new facility has been created specifically to meet the needs of travelers who stay at the hotel for an extended amount of time and who may require specialized services and amenities, such as an executive business center, guest laundry, and complimentary grocery shopping service by the hotel.”
