NEW YORK—Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s international brand of upscale, all-suites, extended-stay hotels, has debuted here with the opening of the Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South.
Located three blocks from Times Square, the 22-story, 293-suite hotel offers accommodations with separate living and sleeping areas, which are approximately 25% larger than the average New York hotel room, according to the brand.
“Homewood Suites breaks the mold on what travelers can expect of a hotel room in New York City,” said Bill Duncan, global head, Homewood Suites by Hilton. “Beyond the comfort of our studio suites, which average 305 sq. ft., guests can also enjoy the brand’s wide array of value-added amenities and cost-conscious price points.”
Amenities at the hotel include complimentary WiFi, daily full-hot breakfast and evening dinner and drinks Monday through Thursday.
Joseph Bojanowski, president, PM Hospitality Strategies, Inc., the hotel’s management company, said, “By entering the New York market, Homewood Suites sets a new standard for other hotels in terms of value and comfort.”
Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South offers rooftop deck and garden terrace; dedicated meeting space, including a boardroom for up to 10 people; and an expanded fitness room. The hotel also offers the brand’s signature Atmosair allergy-free rooms.
