DALLAS—The Homewood Suites by Hilton Irving-DFW Airport has undergone a total remodel, including updates to suites and public areas.
The property, owned by Apple REIT Nine and operated by Texas Western Hospitality, now features refurbished case goods, new sofas, ottomans, and Herman Miller desk chairs, and reupholstered kitchen chairs in the guest suites. Additionally, new wall coverings, paint, carpet, and drapes have updated the space.
Public areas feature new furniture and carpet, and corridors have been refurbished with new carpet, wall coverings, and paint. The business center, too, has been refurbished with additional amenities such as a new area that opens to the lobby with an additional business center terminal.
The hotel offers one- and two-bedroom suites, a daily hot breakfast, and evening dinner and drinks Monday through Thursday. It also offers fully equipped kitchens, separate living and sleeping spaces, and complimentary WiFi.
The Homewood Suites by Hilton Irving-DFW Airport offers four event spaces totaling more than 3,000 sq. ft. with space for groups of up to 100 people.
