WASHINGTON— The Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington, D.C. has been named the official corporate travel sponsor for the Washington, D.C. Marketing Center, an economic development organization that markets the Capital. The Center hosts quarterly breakfast meetings as a venue to provide continuous informational sessions regarding the commercial and residential development of the Capital. “Our partnership with Homewood Suites by Hilton leverages our limited resources and takes our message about Washington, D.C., to even greater markets,” said Michael Stevens, president of the Center. “Hotel travel sponsorship is an excellent example of the type of creative partnership the D.C. Marketing Center is seeking.” The 100th Homewood Suites, the Washington, D.C. hotel is owned by RLJ Development, LLC.
