Holiday Inn Select Opens In Denver

DENVER, CO— Holiday Inn Hotels and Resorts has opened its first Holiday Inn Select property here, converting what was formerly known as the Best Western Landmark Hotel into the 214-room Holiday Inn Select Denver – Cherry Creek. The fully repositioned midscale, full-service hotel is owned by Alliance Hospitality- Dallas, and is managed by Hospitality Management Corp. under a license agreement with Six Continents Hotels. The new hotel is located just south of downtown Denver in what is billed as Colorado’s top tourist location. The hotel is located convenient to a number of major attractions, including: tthe Denver Zoo; Six Flags Elitch Gardens; Lower Downtown Historic District; and the Denver Botanical Gardens. This 194,992-square-foot property features a car-rental desk, hair salon, flexible meeting facilities equipped with video-conferencing capabilities, certified on-site meeting specialists, and 24-hour business services. The hotel also features The Front Range Grill, Olives Martini Bar, Selections Espresso, an indoor pool with fitness center, and 46 Executive Edition upgraded guestrooms, including seven suites.
