SAN DIEGO— William Hoffman, president/Trigild International, Inc., a subsidiary of AFM Hospitality Corp., has been named the court-appointed receiver of the 63-room Best Inn, Salt Lake City, UT. Trigild International will manage the property. In addition, Trigild International was awarded the contract to manage a 62-unit independent inn located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport area. “This property was foreclosed upon by our lender-client. Our task is to increase the motel’s value through improved operations and marketing, and possibly the addition of a franchise,” said Hoffman. Trigild specializes in receivership and turnaround solutions and recently became a division of AFM Hospitality Corp., which has a portfolio of more than 200 hotels, restaurants and other nationally franchised service businesses throughout the United States and Canada.
