WASHINGTON—The 99-room Jefferson Hotel, which dates from the 1920s, is scheduled to unveil an extensive renovation this summer. The building, located four blocks from The White House, opened as an apartment house in 1923 and was converted to a hotel in 1955. The firm of ForrestPerkins was in charge of the renovations, which included adding a spa and spa suite.
