WASHINGTON, D.C.— National Trust of Historic Hotels of America has added 21 new members. This selection brings the total members of the program to 174 hotels, representing 44 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada. For the first time, Historic Hotels of America has member properties in the states of Nevada and Wyoming, as well as the city of Pittsburgh. Among those hotels recently added was The Regent Wall Street in Lower Manhattan, which recently gained recognition for providing relief services to rescue volunteers following the devastating terrorist attacks on New York City. The group has also added the Tutwiler, A Wyndham Historic Hotel, in Birmingham, AL; the Argyle Hotel in Los Angeles; the Radisson Plaza Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor; the Boulder Dam Hotel in Boulder City, NV; the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel; and the Fairmont Algonquin in New Brunswick, Canada, among many others.
