ATLANTA— F. Manly McWilliams, president of Hospitality International Real Estate (HIRE), announced that his organization will begin a year-long celebration of its 10th anniversary on March 1, 2003 by increasing its staff and Internet presence. Joining the staff on a part-time basis are Certified Real Estate Representatives Mary Ruth Debar, Chris Guimbellot and Bruce Ingram. Suzanne Moses, a full-time administrator, has been appointed to oversee media representation and electronic marketing development. Additionally, the firm joined the 75,000 members of the LOOPNET.com organization in an effort to build a strong identity among investors and individual owners. Listing information is now available immediately over the Internet to qualified clients. By March 1 of this year, the company hopes to have a defined presence on the web. This presence will enable brokerage services to be immediately available to franchisees and other interested parties, he said. Based in Atlanta, HIRE is part of Hospitality International, parent company of several hotel brands including Scottish Inns, Red Carpet Inns, Master Host Inns, Downtowner Inns and Passport Inns. Hospitality International marked its 20th anniversary in 2002.
