DESTIN, FL—The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa is undergoing a $12.5-million, five-month renovation.
The project includes a complete refurbishment of all 200 Spa Tower rooms, a redesigned indoor pool and an enhanced lobby experience. The resort also will unveil new designs for Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge, Hadashi Sushi Bar and the 11,000-sq.-ft. Serenity by the sea spa.
“This transformation is part of a multi-year, resortwide renovation project which, once complete, will have touched every aspect of the resort,” stated Gary Brielmayer, general manager of Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. “As with previous stages, we’ve carefully planned these five months so that guests will have access to all resort amenities and services during the project.”
While the property is undergoing these enhancements, Serenity by the sea spa, Sandcastles Restaurant and Lounge, Hadashi Sushi Bar and the resort’s fitness center will remain open for guests, but will be relocated to the Emerald Tower.
This final project comes on the heels of a recent $5.5-million facelift completed in February, including 32,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space; a redesign of Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood; and the common space of the 400-room Emerald Tower.
