PASADENA, CA Hilton Hotels Corp. has announced that the Hilton Pasadena, located here, has received the company s highest recognition: the Hilton Million $ Team Pride Award.
The property was one of six to receive the award out of more than 300 that were reviewed in 2000 as a part of the Hilton Pride Reward and Recognition Program. By collectively achieving 100% in eight measured performance areas, every team member at the Hilton Pasadena along with the five other Hilton hotels, will receive $500 in cash as recognition for a job well done.
The hotel was also awarded, at a system-wide general managers meeting, the Best Overall RevPAR Index; Most Improved Customer Loyalty and Most Improved Team Member Loyalty. (5/22/01)
