BEVERLY HILLS, CA- Hilton Hotels Corp. introduced a new meetings package at 30 of its hotels across the country aimed at making it easier for meeting planners to book gatherings. Called the Hilton Total Choice Meetings package the program includes: a complimentary continental breakfast with every booked luncheon; a complimentary room for every 25 rooms occupied; one upgrade to a one-bedroom suite at the group rate; upgrades to Executive Level for an additional $19 per night; complimentary meeting space for the group general session; a complimentary screen; 25% discount on additional audio/visual equipment; complimentary fitness center access; and a 15% discount at hotel food and beverage outlets. Meeting planners also can receive Hilton HHonors points and airline miles for booking the meeting. “We developed Hilton Total Choice Meetings to assist our group customers with short term meetings and provide a compelling value added offer,” said Steve Armitage, senior vice president, sales, Hilton Hotels Corporation. “We believe that the benefits offered in our special package will give planners added reasons to book meetings and special events at one of our many participating Hilton hotel properties.” Hilton Total Choice Meetings must be booked and contracted by June 30, 2004 and meetings must be held by April 5, 2005.
