SAO PAULO, BRAZIL— Hilton International’s newest property in Latin America— the Hilton Sao Paulo Morumbi— is on track to open as scheduled Sept. 30. The $90-million, 485-room hotel comprises the third tower of the Centro Empresarial Nacoes Unidas (CENU) business complex represents Hilton International’s largest investment in Latin America. Among some of the out-of-the-ordinary features scheduled for the new upscale lodging facility are: a full-service rooftop spa and fitness center; 16 one- and two-bedroom residential suites, as well as 8- executive-floor rooms; and even its own private helipad located adjacent to the corporate hotel.
