HONOLULU Hilton Hawaiian Village has formed strategic alliances with three companies including Mandara Spa, Holistica Hawaii Health Center, and Bishop Museum, in conjunction with the development of the new $95 million Kalia Tower, scheduled to open in May 2001.
Kalia Tower will house the new 42,000-square-foot Spa and Wellness Center that will feature both the Mandara Spa and the Holistica Hawaii Heath Center. Mandara Spa will open its flagship facility at the new tower. The spa will offer 25 wet and dry treatment rooms, a locker room, a cardiovascular center, an outdoor infinity pool, a full-service salon and a spa cafi.
Holistica Hawaii Health Center is a medical wellness center that offers Electron Beam Tomography scanning. Holistica Hawaii will offer four- and seven-day residential programs including a complete medical evaluation together with individualized nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle evaluations and workshops.
Bishop Museum will offer the largest Hawaiian exhibit in Waikiki using cultural interpreters, music and dance, priceless artifacts and hands-on activities. (2/6/01)
