BEVERLY HILLS, CA— Hilton Hotels Corp. has expanded the reach of its Garden Inn brand with the debut of a new 120-room unit in Minneapolis/Maple Grove, MN. The Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis/Maple Grove is owned by Maple Grove Lodging Investors, LLC, and is the result of a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns Inc, the franchise subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation, based here. Some of the features of the three-story hotel, which will be managed by the North Central Group, include: a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk; a Pavilion Pantry with a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items and sundries; a breakfast café; room service during dinner hours; a lounge area with a television and fireplace; two meeting rooms with 1,400 square feet of flexible meeting space; an outdoor patio; a 24-hour, complimentary business center; and on-site guest laundry facility.
