PORTLAND, ME—The once 88-room Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport will offer 123 rooms following its multi-million dollar renovation, scheduled to be completed as of mid-May 2014.

Situated at the Portland Maine International Jetport, the Portland Maine hotel is owned and managed by New Castle Hotels & Resorts.

“The extensive renovation to be completed at the Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport, will enable the hotel to provide guests with superior accommodations and a highly satisfying stay overall,” stated Philip Welz, director of dales for the hotel. “Our comfortable guest rooms and amenities such as the Garden Sleep System, the ergonomic desk chair, and our cooked-to-order breakfast appeal to all travelers—no matter the trip or occasion.”

Hotel amenities include a glass-enclosed Pavilion lobby featuring a lounge area with a TV and fireplace; an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini fridge, microwave oven and personal Keurig coffee maker; a sitting area with a chair and ottoman; a hairdryer; and an iron and ironing board.
